1. Likely to be reminded that banqueting activities in the premises are not allowed entirely by university management. Any non-compliance and eligibility requirements specified will not be processed or disapproved.
2. Application of tools such as chairs, desks, rostrum should be requested separately to JPPHB via MyUPSI Portal.
3. The Cultural Center only provides the basic requirements (where necessary) the system of the speaker (microphone and speech microphone) and the LCD projector. The use of large-scale systems as well as the lighting system should be discussed with the Cultural Center at a basic rate that has been decided by the university.
