Mirrored dance training room for the use of UPSI student and staff

1. Application must be made at least THREE DAYS before the date of use.
2. The applicant is requested to make a final review (after the application is approved) by calling 05-4505426 on the day before the date of use.
3. Applicant is fully responsible for the loss / damage of the borrowed / used equipment.
4. The Cultural Center reserves the right to withdraw the loan approval in the event of duplication of major program of the university which needs to be advanced.
